How to do water fast without feeling g hungry

I started off 2 days and broke my fast on day three. I feel soooo hurt. I want to do this I need to do this. I feel like I’m struggling a little though… Any advice

For some if you do strict low carb or keto working up to it it can get ketosis off to an immediate start.

When you eliminate all the sugars it can cause headaches like a hangover but it goes away and you just have to ride it out.

Hunger also goes away and it’s just a mental game. If you get hungry have a water in your hand and wait it out. It will pass. Be in control of your body. And don’t let your head tell you to give up if you made a commitment to yourself.
