I did a 7 day fast, and im back to fasting again.
I lost 13 pounds before the refeed, but gained 4 pounds after refeed, so I lost 9 pounds in total.
Will I gain less if I do low carb low calorie on my next refeed?
Ill try but its so tempting when u feel all the hunger on day 7 lol
