Hi, I’m Claudette, and started my first 6 day fast, on the 15th June! With a refeed of 1000 calories. Started back fasting on 22nd weighed myself today, and I’ve lost nothing! Last week 12 pounds, this week nothing, I’ve been so determined, I can’t believe nothing’s come off! I walk 20;000 steps a day, I have a dog, and do kettle bells. Is there a reason for my body to not release the weight? Many thanks

Are your clothes fitting better? I believe you are losing fat but its being replaced by lean muscle mass.
We have another member, @Rebecca_Hughes, who only lost 6 pounds but lost a lot to inches.

Thank you for your advice! I’ve only taken measurements in 3 places:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: so I’ve lost inches there, wished I had measured the whole body!
