I’m Julia and I’m new. I’ve been lurking on fast forward to health on YouTube but I decided I wanted to be apart of the community. It’s an odd time to start but I’m starting my water fast tomorrow. I’ve done 16/8, ADF, extended fast and recently OMAD. I just started grad school so fasting works better for me since I have so much to do! I’m excited to start my journey with you all

Fasting absolutely is easy to fit into any lifestyle and it’s awesome that you already have tones of experience with OMAD/16:8 and ADF!
