So im now on day 3, my final day of water fasting. I had a sip of chocolate milk. Is there any point continuing now? Will this affect my weight loss? Im 16F, 5’4, 134lbs. I dont know if that info helps anything but yeah. I still havent had any food for 3 days, just that sip of milk.
One sip of milk is fine, not worth eroding your entire build up, just continue and be strong, do not slip again.
