Today it is my 20th day of water fasting.
It was not planned at start. I was on low carb diet and it happened that I worked for two days from morning till night w/o meal. It was good opportunity to try fast. VoilĂ !
I do not measure weight. I have at least 30 kg too much. I take every few days salt, sodium, magnesium and potassium. Sometimes I put small cup of black coffee in 1.5l bottle of water to minimize bad taste in mouth.
Now I have moderate energy, but feeling good. It is my first fast (of many) w/o food carvings and hunger pain in stomach. My longest was 44 days. But ending fast is the most important “skill”. Last year was my first proper ending. After fasting I was mostly on low carb fresh food and salads for twoo weeks. It would be better if lasted much longer. Now I live in my own house, so my rules what food is allowed here!
I name my fast: Few Weeks Fasting, I have no goal, how long it will last.
I need advice for maintaining, preserving muscle loss. I can notice a loss of muscle mass.
