Fasting Until work is Done

Hi,

Recently, I notice I can get very tired after eating regardless if the food is healthy or not. To combat this and ensure I get my important tasks done for the day, I adopted the philosophy that I can eat only when my critical tasks for the day are done. This works out to about 16 hour fasting window right now. Has anyone had experience using this as the motivation and driver for time of fasting window?

I also get sleepy after I eat. Maybe I should time my fasts to end after I am done with critical tasks too. Good idea!!!
