Fasting to rebuild tooth enamel

Anyone here have much luck with fasting to rebuild tooth enamel? I’ve only done short fasts but have noticed a film start appearing on my teeth and they feel much cleaner and stronger. I’m under the impression if I was to do a longer fast 30-40 days then that film would eventually harden into enamel.

I noticed that this only works if I an not brushing my teeth during the fast. (Brushing only removes this film which is growing but also fills the teeth with fluoride, which prevents the absorption of nutrients the saliva is trying to feed into our teeth). Our teeth are porous and during this process the saliva ends up delivering some sort of substance the teeth needs and begins to coat it.

Anyone here have any experience with such or much luck? Problem is I can’t do a long enough fast because I don’t have enough body fat. I’m already very skinny and every time I fast I get into a danger zone … but I need to fast because I have horribly eroded teeth and enamel issues, which fasting helps.
