I’m feeling a bit uninspired on what to “do” today. Currently post short meditation on “Fear of intimacy”. Taking it slow, listening to some calm/relaxing vg music + rain sounds.
So much stuff is packed up so I don’t know really
But this is also a realisation. I sometimes eat because of boredom! That’s not very helpful indeed. Good to know.

Failing to do a day 1 currently. I’m sugar sweating because of nougat-croissants… I know very well why and that it’s purely emotional hunger.
Good stuff though to shift my focus from complaining to construction:
- YEAY I got an offer for 40% off for Calm-app! Getting that asap on monday!
- A tshirt that is often quite “I cant breathe but want to wear it!” is much more doable! Still tight, sure, but doesn’t restrict my organs lol.
- Messaged my previous regression therapist for a session and she will get back with an appointment. Excited and she is so sweet! Will be… “great” I guess. Well regression made me cry so hard but it was needed. And cleared away a lot. I think I need one at the moment.
Intend to use the afternoon, when I stop sugar sweating and post doggie walk, with my story-project. Let’s see if tomorrow can be day 1.

Is flavored water ok?
If the contents are “carbonated spring water, natural aroma”. I know I shouldnt rely on sweet tastes but it sure would be better with couple of liters of that than binging episodes as of late.

Sticking with the fancy water for now. Isnt hard at the moment and I feel motivated.
Whatever puts you in the right frame of mind to do the task must be correct, “perfection” can come later.
Anyways dont have any cooking equipment not in a box sooo I kinda have to do this. Feels ok!
Day 3
Headaches, and frequent bathroom trips due to not solid but I am managing. No dizziness/weakness so electrolytelevels seem ok I guess.
Day 4
Coasting along, it’s all good. And headaches are almost all gone. A liiiiiittle dizzy sometimes but I’ve been slacking with the salt flushes eugh
I wonder if carbonated water makes you feel fuller, I am intending to tone it down to include still/tap water too though. But it was a good starter!
I have come to taste a huge difference in water flavors while in fast mode.
Sparkling mineral water has tons of flavors going on and can give a fuller feeling.
