Fasting Advantages

Hi guys :grin:
I was thinking it might be a good idea to make a list of all the advantages there are to fasting. Just as a reminder and motivator to start the new year well.
They can be related to anything, weight loss, health, everyday life, etc. anything we can think of.

I’ll start. Here’s 5

  • Loose weight
  • Detox
  • Anti-inflammatory effects
  • Takes the pressure off of having to plan meals
  • Makes me feel more positive and accomplished
