Today I’m struggling, but I got up, tougher it out, put my hoodie and sweatpants on, brushed my hair and came on YouTube Live to rant for you guys :joy:

How are you?

I feel THIS close to caving in, and trying not to so I can show you guys my true feelings of what happens during a fast! (Part of me is like, well I’ve done 21 days twice in my life, so I don’t have to fast, but I’m doing this to keep you guys going and lead the pack, plus I’m not at goal yet and this fasting makes my brain sharp)…

Trying hard, but truly feeling like a crutch isn’t so bad right about now :joy::joy::sparkling_heart:

Please drink salt and water. This dizziness and blackouts are more common than you think.
Drink it last thing at night and first thing JN the morning like I do. These days I bounce out of bed like a teen… Thanks to the salt in my system.

Im at the end on day 4, but just now I was craving some of the snacks I have around for the kids. Is sooo tempting. Was about to tell myself, “Ill start tomorrow”.

I think I will end my fast tonight, at exactly 120 hours, 5 days. I would like to go longer, but I’m over the moon I got this far already. And I’m stretching my fasting muscle :slight_smile:

This afternoon I will make a beetrootsoup with a little sweet potato, I want to stay in keyosis.

Amazing!!! Keep sticking with the challenge with intermittent fasting for the month of March and jump back onto another fast with us whenever you’re ready!! :heart_eyes: Let’s get something nice water fasting AND intermittent fasting results this month!

I broke my fast last night after 92 hours. I had about 2000 calories and today I’m restarting for as long as I can, aiming for 17 days.

I also broke my fast last night after 3 days! I’m right back on track today. Gonna try and fast the rest of this month and if I break it at all I’m keeping it under 500 calories. I’m down 6.2 lbs since March 2 (started on a Monday)

I broke mine too. 4 days. Back from tomorrow. @Yasemin I got my stickies back up in a 14 day row. Starting day 1 tomorrow. This community helps me stand up again. Group hug

Day 6 evening. Suddenly feeling terribly hungry from 4pm. There was supposed to be no hunger today. Did I do something wrong ?

It’s different for everyone, it doesn’t mean you did anything wrong, I am having the same day 6 challenge but I won’t be breaking my fast. Pls take more of your supplements etc and you will get through this day.

I finally caved in , gave into temptation and broke my fast with a slice of bread and a few biscuits and then a full meal. Feeling terrible … really annoyed with myself!!

If you’re still game, start again tomorrow. I know I ate yesterday but today I’m back with my fasting. If your goal is weight loss, then get back. If its longevity or health, 5 days is great

It’s different for everyone, gets easier every day but doesn’t mean 0 hunger, can be more mental hunger!!

Nothing wrong with a crutch meal everyone, just get back on the wagon and keep fasting now!! :heart_eyes: Many of us did the same thing!
