I have been more active on the Facebook group and decided to join the forum . I had my last meal on the 25th of October at 7.30 pm and started my fast at 8pm. 206+ hours of 720 down and I am more than determined to see this to day 30.
Days 1- 8 was a mixture of lethargy, fatigue, weakness and bouts of energy here and there. My fasting fluids from day 1 has been water with electrolytes (2L of water, 1/2tsp of pink salt (Sodium), 1 tsp of no salt (potassium), and 1/2tsp of food grade epsom salt(magnesium), plain carbonated (soda) water with Lime slices and ACV. These have really helped me through the days.
I know I can do this.
