20 Minutes exercise today at below 120 bpm

Hi Guys. My voice has become very hoarse/husky :joy: in the last week, anyone else experiencing a change while fasting?
I had my first fast-breaking dream last night too, was soooo soooo relieved when I woke and realized it was a dream :joy: :joy: :joy:
Other than that, I have a spider bite from a decade ago, there was quite a bit of internal damage including muscle tissue damage. Over the last two days it started feeling sensitive, not painful, but it felt uncomfortable? As my main purpose of the fast is autophagy, and I’m now 11 days in, I wonder if my body is starting to break down the scar-tissue from the bite, or would that be wishful thinking

Hope you have a great Friday guys, and all the best for sticking to our plans over the weekend

The struggle is real!

They say old injuries will start to heal with autogaphy, so it makes sense the spider bite area would be sensitive. Keep us posted on that. Very interesting!

Nearly broke my fast today … went shopping and my fiance bought a large samosa to snack on. It looked amazing and I could taste it from the aroma flying around in the car … just 9 more days to go
Took 5ml potassium yesterday, and soaked in an Epsom salt (magnesium) bath last night. Felt good today thus far.

Day was good. Took 4ml Potassium, some Himalayan salt and an Epsom salt bath.

Legs felt uncomfortable – like “restless legs” in the afternoon, but subsided an hour later? Legs and body feel good now though.

30-minute jog/walk with heartrate at +-135bpm.

Struggled with body aches, felt restless and uncomfortable most of the day, my legs were especially aching. Just need to push through.

Thank you @Stacia  I hope I can live up to your expectations … today has been pretty hard, had though after day 11 and 12 that the rest would be easier, but it turned out differently. Body aches continued, and what felt like ‘vertigo’ in the afternoon?..
Your kind words helped me to push through another day, thank you

Great to hear . I ended mine on 9 days due to just being so weak and felt like I couldn’t function to work, etc. I kept wondering where that euphoric, massive energy everyone talks about! Seems like every fast for every person is a little different! You already have done such an ocomplishment!! As Miramar says, you are the boss so only quit when “you” decide, not our sneaky little cravings! :slightly_smiling_face::clinking_glasses::four_leaf_clover:

Strange how the energy level cycle up and down like that during a fast :expressionless: … just when you think it’s plain sailing from here on out you enter days when you can hardly make it up the stairs :expressionless:
I have been lucky enough to work from home fortunately. :slightly_smiling_face: Thus not having the commute in and out of the office etc. saves a lot of energy.
9 day is a awesome achievement @Stacia - you can be very proud of that feat!
Within our small water fasting community it might not seem like that to you, but you ask any civilian out there to not eat for 9 days and they probably won’t make it past breakfast!! It takes courage and determination :slightly_smiling_face:
