Has anyone donated blood while fasting?
I usually give blood whenever red cross shows up at work.
But recently I started doing 4 day fasts and have been nervous about donating blood.
Does anyone else have experience with donating blood while fasting?

I know it’s been almost a year since you posted this. But in case you’ve not tried it yet, I give blood while fasted. I actually find it to be more pleasant and less exhausting when I’m fasted because I don’t have a blood sugar or blood pressure drop. I have a tendency to get nauseous or faint after donating when I’m not fasted. But don’t tell them that you’re fasting, because they will turn you away if you tell them you haven’t eaten breakfast that day.
