(Please note, cashews are not super keto so don’t get carried away, and you can replace starch with xanthan gum to make it even more keto, but you don’t eat the starchy part anyway. Mainly just to make the consistency!)

Checking in for Day 9. Still in. Waiting to kick day 10 in the butt. Feeling pretty good as the day draws to its end. Dropped 25lbs as of today. Cruise control all the way. We got this! We can do it!

Still going day 9. Feeling good but couldn’t stop thinking about food today! But it’s not worth it to give in. I’ve lost about 15lb so far and hoping to lose another by 21 days.

I’m still going. Day 9 of my 7 day water fast. New goal is10 days.

NICE! That’s what I’m talking about!!! Mini goals and then BOOM extend it to next goal! You’re crushing it! I bet tomorrow you might even extend to 14 !! How much can 4 more days on autopilot hurt right? :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I actually started late so I’m on Day 7

I hope everyone’s fast is going well.

I’m personally fasting to balance out a hyperactive metabolism. Actually Hoping to gain weight

Day 7
Weight 99 lbs
Hydration 64.5%

The Bad
Muscle weakness in my arms and legs. I’m pretty much in bed all the time

Nausea and a little gas

That’s it! Not too bad at all

The Good
My mind is alert and I am actually getting a lot done. I’ve been making calls, sending emails and reading. Its great!

No hunger at all although my mind thinks about food and new recipes daily. My mind is playing tricks on me!

REGRETS
All the discomfort I’m experiencing makes me regret every hamburger, every steak, all the scoops of ice cream, every margarita, all the pills I’ve popped and anything else that caused mucus and toxins to build up on my body. Its hell getting it all out!

I’m still in.
I’ve lost 9.5lbs
Seem to be loosing a lb a day, which would give me enough left to make it to 21 days without going underweight.

Feeling good now I carry salt and liquid potassium where ever I go :joy:

not an official check in here (Im still on Day 6), but wanted to ask - has anyone been having a hard time taking their supplements? Mine are in pill form and I find they just sit in my stomach like bricks for what feels like hours after I take them. I know the stomach shrinks but come on lol.

I had issues supplementing in the last few days of my fast, because I got so sensitive to the taste when I used mineral drops!
I haven’t experienced any troubles with pills though! Could it help to try and take them at a different time in the day? :thinking::droplet:

I usually take them before bed, should I try earlier in the day?

Yes I saw it!!! Thank you for posting! <3 :smiley: Apparently I was doing a bad job at answering LOL I kept forgetting and getting distracted by other questions :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, sometimes taking them after doing an ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) shot diluted in water seems to help break them down. Sometimes hard on an empty stomach. Specifically multivitamin is tough sometimes, but I take potassium and magnesium at night <3 Again, salt is the important one, everything else optional!
