Day 19 Water Fasting Check-In January 2020

Day 19!!!

Tomorrow is the last full day then breaking fast and refeeding on 21st wow! Can’t believe it’s already been almost 3 weeks!

Would have like to continue but will just do a careful refeed OMAD/KETO and resume after that! See what the plan is to get to next big goal of 135-140 range afterwards!

So I did end up breaking my fast. I feel so good! I doubled the time of my last fast, lost over 20lbs, and I’m sure my body was busy doing a tune up. I’ll certainly be back around, and plan on fasting (36’s, 48’s, IF), keto, and adding exercise to lose the last 30 by April. Thanks for all the support!
