Day 18 out of 21 days for me, then remaining of the month will be a mix of refeed + OMAD/Keto!

Day 18 of 30. At work and feeling good today. No partners to deal with. On my own so I don’t have to deal with looking at and dealing with the poor eating habits of others. Need to increase my water intake. Feeling a lil dry but otherwise no issues. Home stretch is in site. We can do this! We got this!

Still going here…18 out of 21. Having some lack of energy and weakness. Hunger has been non stop for the past couple days! I’m just trying to push through but it’s getting really tough. I’ll be doing keto and omad as well, and 20:4ish some days.

That’s a tough decision. Usually you should NOT be having hunger pangs this deep into your fast. I would say its your body saying its reached its limit.

Hunger slowly coming back for me too - 3 more days for me !

@Allboymommy I have been having hunger too. I know its my body saying it wants to eat but it’s coming up with bread as it’s option: a few days ago all I wanted was roast carrots :joy: so I’m happy to wait until day 22.

You are almost there! I am on day 6-- down 6lbs :smiley: My goal is to keep going through Jan 30th

Would love a February calendar! You are doing great. The video where you were making chow mein for your husband was exactly how I’ve been on the fast (day 16 today). I’m taking electrolytes…mentally alert but physically weak. I’m so grateful for you and the tribe and know I will make it to day 31. I’ve done 40 day juice fasts and alway felt vibrant. This is a new journey and wondering if my high carb vegan lifestyle is making it a challenge for my body to transition to using fat instead of glucose. I am in ketosis. I’m just trusting in the process and doing tons of research…a perk of the downtime! You are doing great and I know you are going on OMAD and IF after this fast. I would love to know if you are considering another fasting long-term journey in the future.

I’d love to see what you have planned for February. I also get to eat in 3 days! I know, I decided to fast the last week with you and break it for the chinese new year. Can you tell that I am excited!!! Haha! Anyways, what are you thinking you would do in Feb? Just Keto/Omad? I think I am going to do Keto and Omad with maybe fasting on the weekends for small little resets.

I will make a flexible calendar and also an OMAD/Keto calendar!! :heart_eyes: will post towards the end of the month after I make it! Have to build them and design them! Can’t wait until CNY either!!!

I’ll send the calendars as soon as they are ready!! I’ll definitely do another long term one down the line! I want to get to 125-135 range and I’ll probably finish this fast around 155! :heart_eyes: You’re doing awesome! Yes I’m a bit worried about high carb especially after refeed so maybe try to keep carbs low for refeed? I’ll be doing OMAD + keto for my refeeding!! :sparkling_heart:

Thanks …I’m looking at lower carb options during the refeed. Still weak, but determined. I’m building my fasting muscle!
