Happy Friday!

I’m not hungry yet despite non-stop looking at keto/OMAD recipes!

Part of me wishes that we didn’t have a dinner on January 24th because I would have liked to try for 31 days - full month :sweat_smile:

I wonder if I just have some bone broth and keep going or just refeed for a couple days as planned then continue fasting! I think I’ll do that!

Just about finding a protocol that works for each person!

I feel myself inching towards that 145 goal and then 140 goal but as I always say! Progress not perfection!!! :sparkling_heart:

Day 17 of 30. Feeling great. Another day down One more closer to the goal and beyond??? We’ll see. Feeling better about an extension every day. Moving on. Moving forward. Feeling strong. We got this!

Part of me wants to keep going but maybe will just don’t 2-3 days of refeed and resume after! Authentic Chinese food is mainly soups and veggies and healthy so should be good!
