Happy Friday!
I’m not hungry yet despite non-stop looking at keto/OMAD recipes!
Part of me wishes that we didn’t have a dinner on January 24th because I would have liked to try for 31 days - full month
I wonder if I just have some bone broth and keep going or just refeed for a couple days as planned then continue fasting! I think I’ll do that!
Just about finding a protocol that works for each person!
I feel myself inching towards that 145 goal and then 140 goal but as I always say! Progress not perfection!!!
