- Intermittent Fasting (16:8, 20:4, 23:1/OMAD)
- Quit Sugar/Low-Carb/Keto
- Consistent shorter 2-3 day fasts monthly
- Occasional prolonged water fasts
Quitting sugar is HARD at first, BUT you can still have all the delicious foods you love, you just need to find substitutes to make them healthy/sugar-free… YES!!! EVEN DESSERTS!!! (How else would I survive!)
