Day 15 here!
Only 6 more days to go for me until refeed!
Was working all night, went to bed at 3am and now I’m sitting wide awake in my bed at 6:30am
body not tired anymore. Fasting giving me TONS of energy!
Will try to sleep a bit longer!

Week 3 of January let’s go!
I’ll be there for refeed and showing you guys my OMAD/Keto/IF stuff until the end of time
as well as my journey to get down to 125-135 (I keep lowering my goal) Used to be 145 and now I want 125-135 range to prep body before future potential baby soon!
