Day 15 - Fasting Check-In January 2020

Day 15 here!

Only 6 more days to go for me until refeed!

Was working all night, went to bed at 3am and now I’m sitting wide awake in my bed at 6:30am :joy: body not tired anymore. Fasting giving me TONS of energy!

Will try to sleep a bit longer!

Day 15 of 30. Feeling great. Gonna miss you in a week. Pushing on and pushing through. No doubt I can make it to 30 days. We got this!

You go girl! You are definitely an inspiration! Im on day 3 of 21 1/7th of the way there…I go back to work tomorrow for a 7 day stretch and super nervous. Hearing that you are doing well on day 15 gives me hope though!

Don’t worry I’m not going anywhere :stuck_out_tongue: I’ll be there for refeed and showing you guys my OMAD/Keto/IF stuff until the end of time :smiley: as well as my journey to get down to 125-135 (I keep lowering my goal) Used to be 145 and now I want 125-135 range to prep body before future potential baby soon! :smiley: And if I have one, you guys will be part of that too!!! :smiley:

You can do it! First 3-4 days are hardest, after day 5 you’ll be on autopilot/cruise control cruising your way through!!

What a great production of your new video @Yasemin! You can definitely tell how much work you’ve put into it!
I’m happy to see you improve on YouTube and your other platforms and projects! :tada::clap:

Checking in…21 days is so close I can TASTE it! I feel good mostly but my stomach never has stopped growling and it’s getting harder to cook for my kids! But it goes away so. Anyway, I hope everyone is well…back tomorrow!

I was watching an interview with Dr Saatchin Panda and he said instead of assuming your stomach rumbling is hunger, think of it as its healing itself.

Transformation videos/progress

Documentary-style super edited like today 2 Episodes per month

Regular videos (lists of fasting benefits etc.) 4-6 times a month!

That will keep my plate quite full but that’s my plan :heart_eyes:
