Two WHOLE weeks!

We are done 2 weeks!

Two weeks of getting to your goals with OMAD/Water Fasting/Intermittent Fasting

WOW! Time to take a look at your calendar and give yourself a huge pat on the back and cheers (with water of course)!

I’m on day 14 out of 21 - going until 21 and then refeeding. I feel great, but I think in the future I night try 10-14 days with small refeeds and more 10-14 days to experiment with smaller fasts :heart_eyes:

All about finding what works for you?

Definitely collecting a lot of recipes for after refeed and looking forward to Chinese New Year and delicious healthy authentic Chinese food in January 25th!

How are you all doing today?

Day 14 of 30. YES!! Made it. Matched my personal best. I feel ecstatic. Now the real test begins. My eyes are focused on the remainder of my journey with steadfast determination. I will continue to defy that which seeks to deter me and come out the other side a stronger and better person. Continue the journey all. And don’t feel ashamed to stop for a breath. The road will still be there. We got this!

Feeling better the last two days than any other so far. I hope it lasts! It would be great to feel like this till the end. I’m doing menu planning and thinking about refeed options too. Thankfully my constant thoughts of food have decreased so it makes it a lot easier! Time did go by so fast. At the beginning I wasn’t sure I’d get here and felt time was just dragging. The end is in sight!

You are amazing! My longest fast so far has been 46 hours, I can’t seem to get farther than that.

INCREDIBLE!!! SO PROUD OF YOU!!! <3 Even if you go 1 more day you’ve beat your all time record! For me, Day 14 finishing up soon, so just about 6-7 days to go! Almost done!

It’s okay, practice makes perfect!!! :smiley: Beat your record even by a couple hours each time and you’ll build up that mental resilience! <3 Try for 48 next time, and see maybe if you want to even try for 72 if you feel good! Remember most of it is mental!

What usually makes you break your fast? Mental hunger? Hunger? Some unpleasant symptoms?

Yes doesn’t it feel so close now! Today is almost finished and will be prepping food and eating dinner, so almost seems like only 6 true days left hahahah :stuck_out_tongue: Because on the 21st, I won’t be going to bed on an empty stomach!!!
