I’m on day 14 out of 21 - going until 21 and then refeeding. I feel great, but I think in the future I night try 10-14 days with small refeeds and more 10-14 days to experiment with smaller fasts 
All about finding what works for you?
Definitely collecting a lot of recipes for after refeed and looking forward to Chinese New Year and delicious healthy authentic Chinese food in January 25th!

Beat your record even by a couple hours each time and you’ll build up that mental resilience! <3 Try for 48 next time, and see maybe if you want to even try for 72 if you feel good! Remember most of it is mental!
Because on the 21st, I won’t be going to bed on an empty stomach!!!
