Day 13! Almost 2 weeks into 2020!

My mind trying to convince me to stop at 14 tomorrow, but decided to keep going for 21 because I said I would and I’m feeling good!

Congrats on your 13 days! I did 5, got the flu and took a week off then started again yesterday evening. If you feel good, keep going! I also think that if you mess up and eat a cracker or something doesnt mean you have to start your countdown over

Checking in. Day 13 of 30. Feeling great today. Back to work. No stress or BS going on. Drank my coffee and green tea and working on my gallon of water. So close to the halfway mark I can almost taste it. Stay strong everyone. We got this!

Yeah, I got the flu too. Even though I’m not fasting, in the middle of regaining body flexibility and building aerobic endurance, it took me our for a week. I’ll be starting my 21 day on 20th.

Still going…today went so much better than yesterday. Each day has been so different for me. And literally no one knows I’m fasting besides you all! It’s really great to have support so thank you. Pushing for those full 21 days!

Totally agree! Not feeling hungry at all, was just scrolling through too many keto recipes :joy::joy::joy:

Breaking my fast 21st then couple days refeed, Chinese New Year on Jan 25th (kept saying 24th by accident)

Flu may have been « keto flu » once you got into ketosis! 5 days is AMAZING!!!

Yes, was able to take a 1 mile walk this morning. First exercise I’ve had in over a week. Still recovering though took an involuntary 2 hour nap this afternoon. LOL.

How are you doing? You’ve got big professional change coming up. That’s pretty stressful.

It’s okay, on to bigger better things :pray::sparkling_heart: Stress doesn’t affect me this year, I feel like a butterfly :butterfly: and looking at the bigger picture of life! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

40 hours into my 2nd fast of January-- how do you stay focused at work?

After first couple days you’ll get very productive! Just need to make it through first 3 days and you’re golden!!! :smiley:

Like @Yasemin said, it will get better and easier after a few days. In my case it got easier after the 4th day at work. Hope this helps :slight_smile:
