Hey guys, i’m 13 hrs into my day 1 of 21 days, not feeling too bad, been watching alot of water fasting vids to keep me motivates and on track. I have so much that i want to accomplish this year. Just hoping that my emotions dont get the better of me AGAIN and cause me to delve into junk food. But i am strong and i am motivated. I’m gonna stay focused on the goal ahead.

Welcome to our fasting community.
When I started back in August of last year, I decided to address my carb/sugar addiction first. I found this interesting interview with the famous Las Vegas magician Penn Jillette who talks about his experience with the Potato Diet. I did it for 14 days and it broke my addiction and reset my taste palate. As a result when I started fasting I never had serious cravings that caused me to want to break my fast and I never had binges that would cause my ReFeeds to go off the rails.
