I have done a 23 day water fasting last year in October, I was very displined that time, I never touched food at all, but since then I have tried doing a 21 days and I only end up doing 10 days and then I get tempted to eat but honestly I am never hungry it’s only lack of displine and this time I want to make it to May and not to get into any temptations.

How are you getting on @Charity1?
If you fall, just keep getting back on, every fast is unique. Sometimes when I set a goal I can do it. Other times I keep falling but keep attempting because I am still doing more fasting than eating, and then there is weight loss. :pray:t4:
