I have a question. I plan to do my first ever 3 day water fast starting tonight at 12 AM. I plan to break it and refeed in three days at 12 AM.
I’m wondering if I can lift heavy weights for exercise while fasting. My exercise routine consists of heavy weight lifting and high intensity interval sprinting. I was planning on continuing but maybe going a little lighter. I want to avoid losing all the progress I’ve made in terms of strength.
Can anyone give me an answer to this question?
