ABOUT BRID

My struggle on weight loss has been for many years and to be honest it has affected me to an extent that I juz shut myself up and resulted to feeding and feeding :blush:
Well,I tried gym,daily walks and diets and even IF but the weight built back especially when I couldn’t note any change…

MY GOAL

Current weight-92kgs
Target weight-74kgs
I intend to make a great transformation of myself
Love the beautiful me and know that its all about self love b4 I extend the love to others.

HOW DO I INTEND TO ACHIEVE🤔

Well, discovering this amazing group has been the best way to go. Their daily posts encourage me and give me reason to believe in myself above all the strength to appreciate the results for hard work.
Water fast will be my priority for now.
24 hrs for a start😊

HOW SOON DO I INTEND TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL😊

This is a process and I wish to do it in a healthy manner of cause listening to my body and asking questions where necessary…

Day 1
Started at 5.37pm Lyon time
Target 136 hrs for a start and hopefully increase after thereafter :blush:

Yeeeees, I knew u could make it

1.29pm-Lyon time
Still loving my endurance level
No hunger pangs
My day one ends around 5.37pm😊-just a few hours and count down to day 2 shall begin
Water intake has been in small sips am not quite thirsty
I think am doing well

I feel so strong and determined…I believe what I needed was self motivation and the will and believing that I can do it an not giving up…
I will keep in touch because it strengthens me.

DAY 2
Its amazing and feels great to conquer you DAY 1​:rofl::rofl:
You didn’t stress me and I comfortably achieved:
My focus is on:
1.Ensuring that I do not get dehydrated so water must be close to me
2.No temptations no Matter the cravings :joy:
3.To complete 136hrs as my minimum target :dart:
I am all the strength that I need… And the me tells me keep on moving BRID…

DAY 2
I believe in self love,total commitment and I feel strong enough to ensure that I reach my 136 hrs or more water-fasting.
Oh,this is for the beauty in me and my beautiful self
ACHIEVEMENT EXPECTED
1.Not to get dehydrated
2.No to cravings
3.136 hrs or more water fasting is my main focus.

39 hrs towards 136hrs water fasting
Woke up feeling energized…
I walked to work,about 2kms stretch…
I believe in my self struggle and commitment to this shall amount to success…

Day 3
Feels amazing to start strong :muscle:
Oh yes…I am truly excited…
Something interesting happened today…
I was going through some photos taken in 2018 before I relocated…
Waaaaa…it was a shock and this opened my eyes…
I asked myself loudly,how the hell did I get here…and how did I get the courage to pose for the photos…:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Weight has messed me for long…
I shall endure until I make it to my former size…
No surrender…

Yep. I understand about seeing old pictures. In fact, when I started my journey on August 9th I was reluctant, at first, of accepting my target weight goal because I was skeptical I could reach it.

Now 49lbs lighter I feel its realistic. So I’m aiming for my college weight of 168 which I achieved running 10 miles 3 times a week. I have that picture posted in my Facebook photos. 71lbs to go!

Oh yes
It can be stressful…especially when you have to shop for beautiful clothes and none fits you…this is the time for shedding off the mass.
We continue encouraging each other.

Day 3-update
Wawaaaa…this is truly not an easy one.
Woke up feeling abit lazy but managed to drag myself…no hunger pangs but I put a pinch of Himalayan salt in water ad managed to prepare for work…
This is no easy journey but my focus is in welcoming day 4 in a few hrs…

My day was superb and quite busy that I forgot that I was fasting…
Key point was that I promised to love myself no matter what.
My focus is on weight loss but I cannot stress over why the inches aren’t decreasing…
No no…I just started and I believe with hard work and dedication I gonna make…
Phase 1was tough…
Phase 2 is another level of endurance

Keep it going gorgeous! Trust the process! Your gut is healing from the inside and once it heals, you’ll be benefitting in so many ways!
