Day 4 progressing well…
Got up feeling abit weak and lazy…I put a pinch of Himalayan salt in water ad gained a little strength…
It is not easy day 4 is terrible and strength is required…I trying my best to be busy but the laziness is too much…however I intend to cope and because I am not working tomorrow,I am optimistic that I will be better after the rest…
This is a mission to be accomplished and no turning back…

Day 5-seems to be tougher than day 4…
Weakness and I am a-bit derailed.
So today I am not working and I intend to take a rest then in the evening I go shop for my refeeding items…
Well well that doesn’t mean that my focus to @Compdudeits abt me and no stopping…

This has been the most enriching journey for me…it is also my very first long and toughest fast…
How I made it:
1.The will and inner feeling that it is for my benefit
2.Committment and dedication to ensure that I fulfill
3.Displine displine displine😀
4.No matter the challenges faced mostly weakness and laziness,my key target was @136hrs
5.it is all about me ad for my own benefit…
I intend not to weigh or take pictures until my next challenge of 156hrs which start tomorrow 3rd…

Round 2-@156 hrs
Day one
-started on Sunday 3rd at around 7pm
-after the 136hrs completed on Saturday,I am on this quest to keep improving on my long fasts
-water worked very well for me apart from day 3 and 4 when my system almost shut down with weakness and laziness but the Himalayan salt worked wonders
-I took black coffee no sugar though I am not a fun of coffee but two small cups b4 2pm was ok
-my main goal of coz is weight loss but with the many disappointments I hve experienced before,my focus is water fasting and if it leads to weight loss,I will have achieved.
-I weighed when I started 136hrs and I will not weigh until I realize that I am wearing clothes two sizes below the current size…
-refeeding was awesome not much endulging but I refend well enough to keep me strong this week.
-endurance and total commitment to achievement of this week’s forecast…
-it is for my own good and my new happy self…

Yes after 136 hrs,I refed very well but on keto diet mostly…
I did not take any vitamins only water and black coffee with no sugar. I also used Himalayan salt on 3rd and 4th day when I was weak and feeling lazy
Otherwise it was a tough journey but I endured.
I started 156hrs in the evening yesterday to end on Sunday evening …

Sad that I had to end my fast at 44hrs. Migraine was too much.
Saw doctor ad because I had a cough I was given medication to clear infection.
Will resume probably Thursday…

Celebrate the 44 hours. Take care of yourself and make sure you are fully healthy before restarting. Remember fasting by its nature puts stress on the body.
