My fast was not perfectly clean today. I had a lick of the spoon several times as I was cooking. But I am back on track and will keep pushing along. I have dropped over 4 lbs since I started this water fast.

Amazing!! I reset mine today, a little bit impulsively ate, but was only 1,300 calories and jumped back right away! Been going a while! Will continue water fast part 2 until Thursday ish! Then I’m off to a trip for about 10 days where I’ll exercise and stick to OMAD to the best of my vacation abilities :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::sparkling_heart::pray: (which I did on a trip last year!)

I broke my fast at 75 hours with bone broth and zero carb. I do feel a bit set back but don’t really feel bad if I may allow myself an excuse 🫤.( I did some intense work in the garden for several hours yesterday trying to get it planted before the rain hit. I barely got it done on time.) I was feeling weak and dizzy some time after so I thought I should eat and just return to my fast today - which I have. I hope I haven’t just been weak. :pensive:

Tough, tough, tough… I cooked a meal for my family and wanted so bad to eat it. It looked so good I put a piece in the freezer to have after my fast.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - I need to go hard for these 3 days :fire: Trip is coming up! :sparkling_heart: I am making a pact to be good on the trip, calling it a fitness trip! Feeling well in the groove before going! :muscle:t2:

How is your water fast going? I was really wanting to eat this morning but just waited a few minutes and kept myself busy and and it has passed now! I also reminded myself about my " Why’s". I really helps!

I got a little off track this morning but am back to fasting again. I will be fasting this time till I reach my goal weight. I want all the autophagy benefits and I also want to reset my hormones. Thankfully I will have some help with the meal prepping so I won’t have to be around the food so much.

Just joined the party. Trying to do a 7 days long fast first time in life. I have done 3 days multiple times though. Its day 1 for me as a mother of 2 who is going to cook three meals with some snacks here and there for them every day :cold_sweat:
