I was for sure embracing the suck today too. Days 4 thru 6 are always my hardest every time. But I know I can power through this!! I’ve been watching Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition on Hulu and it’s keeping me motivated to lose this weight!!

Roughly same for me. 3 through 6 most difficult. strangely appetite goes away after that

Yesterday was tough! Today is much better for me as well!! Feels good when we get to this point, hunger starting to subside :fire::muscle:t2: yesterday was all day rain and it zonked my energy and mood and I was irritable and hungry, but today is much better woo! :trophy::muscle:t2:

I’m still fasting!! Yay! I finished a full 24 hours and feel great and so empowered! It is always tough around meal times because I am the main cook. But I’m still hanging in there strong.

So far so good today!! I think it’s getting easier!! :muscle:t2::muscle:t2::partying_face::partying_face: How’s everyone? Yes also the main cook here, especially for a toddler who eats all the meals and needs all the snacks! It’s ok we got this :muscle:t2::muscle:t2::muscle:t2: will make them some dinner now then I’m pretty done in the kitchen for the day! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: If there’s a will there’s a way!

So far so good my day 2 and feeling ok. Usually, my tum starts gurgling and gets a little upset on days 3 - 5. I have to watch I don’t drink too much sparkling water - the CO2 can give me sharp pains.
Pop a few charcoal and serrapeptase tablets to help things along. Targeting 5 days + to help with the annual autophagy protocol

You know what, other people in the past have said similar things about sparkling water! I haven’t had any yet this round, I had water with some ACV yesterday, today I forgot to drink until an hour ago, was just running around oops !! Let’s keep it up!

I’m still fasting! I was very tempted to break it this morning but am writing my to-do list and taking a a nap instead. Mornings are always when I am most tempted to break a fast. It’s been over 36 hours for me now and will be 48 by 5 pm.

Well, I made it 106 hours. I was feeling really weak and nauseous when I woke up this morning, and I thought a nice cool shower would help me feel better. Unfortunately, I ended up passing out in the shower. My husband heard the crash and came to help. He made me drink some orange juice and begged me to eat something. I’m getting right back on the horse, but I might stick to rolling 96’s until I can build my fasting stamina back up again. I hope y’all will still have me!!

I’m so sorry that happened. You have nothing to feel bad about. You did 106 hrs which is amazing. Listen to your body. I look at this as a marathon and not a race. Glad you are ok.

I made it to 50 hours! 72 is my next goal. I’m feeling really good right now. I was a little weak feeling this morning.

Getting up slowly to avoid light headedness

Taking our electrolytes, including some salt in our water

I know some people who felt dehydrated and faint when taking hot showers or Epsom salt baths, I always tell everyone to tell someone if they will go in the shower beforehand if they feel faint you can also put a little stool in the shower, Japanese style and just wash your hair sitting down :heart_eyes:

We must be super careful and listen to our bodies!! :pray:

Hello fellow fasters! Well, I made it to 120 hrs yesterday. I did start to fell pretty week the last three hours of the fast so I just laid on the couch and watched Netflix. I broke my fast with bone broth and 2 hours later I had cucumbers, tomatoes, and some smoked salmon. I experienced no negative effects during refeeding. Overall, this was a great experience and great tool to reset my body. I lost a total of 8 pounds during the fast. Next week I will go back to a combination of ADF and OMAD.
