Are there ANY Other foods,etc that do a Similar job as MCT OIL in supressing our appetite?.. :slight_smile:
*I’m 72,live in the UK & Am severely mentally impaired with CFS/ME/FMA/Insulin Resistance/Mitochondrial Dysfunction since 1987!!.. :frowning:

Apple cider vinegar with the mother, 1 tablespoon or 2 in a glass of water.
