Oh no I just ate 5 slices of pizza and garlic bread with pasta. It is Fri I suppose but its more than I wanted to eat. Oh well!:grinning:

80.4kg today…:roll_eyes:. Its Saturday today. I have to take both kids swimming, clean house, wash clothes, go through their homework, do mini food shop…all the normal chores for a parent with kids at the weekend …:grin:.

Only thing I wanted to say is there is this man at work. He takes the piss a bit out of me and I think partly its because I am fat therfore easy target. One thing I love about doing adrian is in the last part of the hitt he pushes you through saying think about all those people that snigger or call you names…then I think of this bloke at work lol and pretend to punch his face!!! He is no looker himself…but he is slim and so are the other women.

Just also want to say I don’t have issues with blokes in general. A lot of men at work are really kind, kinda geeky, selfless and have no ego…just nice so I try to remember that. This week no further foul words from husband and he has helped quite a bit so I do have time to exercise. As I said he likes adrian so its good!!! I just changed my icon pic for maybe a day or so as thats me post adrian…nice and sweaty :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Try not to focus on the scale too much! Water weight goes up and down based on glycogen stores and salt in the body, and does not mean that you gain or lose fat (that’s a more slow and steady process in the body)! Depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle, that can effect water weight as well!

It’s very disturbing how some people don’t realise how they’re acting or what they’re saying, but in the end of the day I think that those people are the ones suffering the most because they act the way they do!

I am weighing myself daily but not really taking the numbers in…just annoying a bit as I want the numbers to go down but will bear in mind what you say. My leggings and bra feel looser and face a bit slimmer…so yeah probably water weight. I drank a ton of water last night after pizza and then I looked up the calories in one pizza slice…220kcal!!! So that was like a 1000kcals !!!

Yeah I on purpose visit this office only once a week because him and his lapdog lady friends are horrid…so try to stay away. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

It’s okay to have a slip, the good thing is that it can be used as a lesson for the future!
So sad that they can steal your energy like that! :pensive:

Its ok. I cannot change them but where I can I avoid them. The women all talk behind each other’s backs too… so quite a negative atmosphere. Anyone would have their energy drained. The lady before me said she left after 3 months.

I didn’t eat much today because I really didn’t feel all that hungry. There were moments in the day where I experienced mild hunger. Today I actually managed to do OMAD. My meal was banana spinach walnut and blueberry smoothie, chickpea curry and a very small piece of chapathi. I also had 2 teas and 2 lattes and yes they did have sugar in (:yum:). I did Adrian but the low impact version and overall I supppse cos there was so much to do today I have felt quite tired.

Please monitor your energy level closely. Fasting by its nature is stressful to the body. You don’t want to overload your body with strenuous workouts. In fact, it was #5 on reasons failed on their fasts. Had one member faint at work because in spite of working 12-hour days she refused to downshift to lower intensity workouts.

Thanks compdude…yeah I was tierd today but I still did a hitt with adrian but he allows a break of 10 mins half way through…but yeah I was tierd but pushed through it. Only way for me to describe it is like my plug was half out and I am not fully charged. As I am vegan and lost a lot of blood in last few days I wonder if I am a bit anaemic? My prenatal vits do have iron, B12 and folate in. I was soaking a pad like every hour at one point this week.
I had a coffee and teas and it helped. I ate around 1500cals today…this meets my bmr and so i dont envisage I will lose any weight on this although if I continue exercising I am sure my bmr would go up???

This week I am going to avoid avacado and try to have waters, teas and coffees (no sugar) and then around 3pm to 8pm have my eat window. I have been eating earlier so want to experiment a bit. Also I will weigh myself but now only once a week.

Look into the work by Dr Saatchin Panda of the Salk Institute in San Diego, California. He’s the leading expert on Circadian Rhythm and from his research he’s discovered our bodies are more insulin sensitive in the morning than at night. It’s the reason I work on scheduling my eating window as early in the day as possible and have a strict deadline of not eating anything beyond 3pm (except for scheduled special events).

That’s interesting! I wonder if there is any link between insulin sensitivity and sundowning in dementia patients.

Ok, I may try the stop eating at 3pm. Last week was a semi disaster but the witch has flown away so I can try again properly this week. I have in the past stopped at 3pm and feel satisfied that I have eaten so there isn’t the panic /huge desire to eat.
