Do you exercise during the water fasting?
Personally, I take a break since I want my body to recover and do what it needs to do. During water fasts I don’t exercise, sometimes I do some walking!
Some advocate no other beverage except water, even non-caloric. Some say that the liver/kidneys have to process the tea or coffee so it doesn’t really give the body a rest. I’m not worried about that right now. Guess it depends on one’s purpose for the fast.
Anyone have a firm opinion on water-only (not tea, coffee, etc.)?
Thanks for your answer, the thing is that I am subscribed in a workout team and I can not miss days of training but I will do my best and take it slowly.
