40 Days of No Sugar- Free Challenge
Clarification:
- “No Sugar” can mean different things, you pick what it means for you!
- This can be “no processed sugar” (candy/desserts/snacks)
- This can be “no added sugar” (bbq sauces, ketchups, even canned corn!!!)
- This can be FULL NO SUGAR - Water Fast or Keto/Carnivore
- This can be “no artificial sugar” so fruits are ok!
You pick - just let us know below!
I’m doing no sugars and sticking to keto.
Day 2 doing good so far, making tacos and the struggle is not being able to have the shell LOL. Taco Salad it is !!
Perfect!!! Salad version always better anyway!!!
Day 2 of the new no sugar challenge for me! Nice and busy and no sugar in the house so it’s been easier!
Lol I am restarting my day 1 again today so hard!!
Yummm bubble tea but yeah no such thing as sugar free bubble tea
. Ok let’s all do this! No sugar/junk. I’m going to take it 3 days at a time. Maybe that mentality will help me. Universe help us all
Man, you should see my stickie wall… it looks just like the picture… NO stickies are removed…sad really…lol
Day 3 complete now!! Let’s go ladies and gentlemen!
Mind over matter!! you have your whole life to eat sugar! It has no positives, doesn’t even make us feel good in the long run - just gluttonous
Day 8 here! Fasting makes it easier😆!
I’m not sure if I have ever gone 40 days straight without sugar! This is a great challenge!
Definitely restarting, I fell victim to Nothing But Bundt cakes. Omg
Come March 1st I better see no more bullshit everyone
We all get one human mess up 4 days to ramp up!!
March Madness is coming!
Aye Aye Captain… lol…none from me man…
March Madness… yes this is mad w/ hella madness… Fasted Life For LIfe… bey bey…!!
Anyone set up their March habits yet?
Here are my habits:
P.S. (This doesn’t include my self-care and no sugar because those are in a different planner! You know me and my planners!)
wow… so specific… other than piano practice n incorporating reading positive , inspirational, uplifting, or historical, type literature…that is pretty much what I’ll be doing… five days in the week… I will have to plan something to report on the weekends… I will have many weekends on this round…
Decide how long of each:
How long will you practice piano daily?
How long will you read daily?
Which book/books are your goal for March? How many chapters a day (if it’s not a “timed amount”)
How long will you dedicate to journalling/affirmations/check-ins here on the forum?
How many minutes will you walk a day? I recommend getting at least 15min of vitamin D outside every day to get your mood up!
Plan plan plan !!!
Omg I love this idea for planning In March!! I’ll make mine tomorrow and post! I haven’t been doing too good on the no sugar but my portion control on the sugar has been better. A little progress each day.
