I’ve thought about completing a 30 day fast for a long time now, and with being essentially trapped home because of this Pandemic, there is no better time.
I’ve lead quite the unhealthy lifestyle over the last few years so I would like to use fasting as a catalyst to become a healthier version of myself. Plus added benefits are an absolute plus.
I will check in each day to hold myself accountable.
I’m 5’7.5, and 171lbs for reference, it’s definitely not my main reason for fasting but a welcomed change.
