Day 15 CHECK IN. I want to crush my goals SO BAD.
Wooo! Great job everyone!! Just about halfway through. Yesterday was a bit of a struggle. I kept having cravings, but I made it through. Hopefully today is better.

I’m struggling today. My stomach is gurgling, I’m exhausted and frequently dizzy. And my son’s father has pointed out that I am very grumpy! I really don’t want to break my fast. I’ll try some electrolytes and see if that helps. Surprisingly, I have only needed them a few times on this fast. Argh! Any suggestions?
Try some apple cider vinegar and see if that helps. You have done very well

Hey all! I restarted! I am almost done with Day 1! Since I fell off the wagon for 8 days, I am going to go for 8 more days after March 31st. I need to learn self control. I haven’t been checking in, but now I am holding myself accountable!
Day 17! Just coasting along and keeping it up. Over half way there!
Day 9 done . I was so tired from keeping myself busy, that I forgot to journal the past 2 days. But I’m still on track
Day 17! CHECK IN.
I had a cup of bone broth last night and gained
.6 lb. IAM SO MAD AT MYSELF.
Now I’m on Day 10. Still going strong
Day 18. Just a couple more weeks left.
Day 18. Sure feels good to make progress and do what i promised myself i would.
Well I broke my fast yesterday. I’m glad I did as I was feeling rather unwell. You all are awesome! Back on the bus today!
Halfway done with Day 3! I had no struggles getting this far. I lost all the weight I gained back when I stopped on Day 7 (8 pounds) so that was water weight. I am back on track and will incorporate working out. I noticed my stomach is flat, I just have lower stomach fat and adding exercise will strengthen my core. I will be traveling to visit my friend next week and I won’t break my fast (I’ll bring bone broth with me so I don’t break my fast just in case). I’m ready to catch up to you all and add 8 more days to my fast as discipline for not holding myself accountable.
Day 19. Couple more days of just water, then going to wean off it with some broth. Good luck everyone!
