21 Day Waterfast

Day 1 out of 21.
I feel like the reason I’ve never made it past day 7 in the past is because I haven’t had anyone to journal about it to for accountability as bad as that sounds .

Stats:
CW:161
My height is 5’3
My goal weight is :110

Has anyone worked out while fasting ? And if so did it enhance your results?

I do. #1 its mandatory you do some cardio everyday as oxygen is required for fat metabolization. The cardio long-term helps your cardiovascular system adapt to your new body.

For adding lean muscle mass save that for the non-fasting days as adding muscle is an energy intensive activity that the body postpones until refeed as it has higher priorities during a fast.

So if I do 3-4 mile walks every day would that help me lose more?

Doesn’t have to be 3 to 4 miles. As little as 1 mile will do. Trust me when you start going through detox episodes completing that 1 mile will be challenge enough! LOL

The key is doing it EVERY day.
