Hi, I just saw Yasemin videos for the first time yesterday on youtube as I was looking for motivation to start a few days water fast and I watched almost all her videos on her 21 days water fast she did in Jan of 2020. I am now at 24 hours and will try to do 4 days…then I will take a break as I am workig at a children’s camp for 5 days and cannot either go without food in that kind of envirement or cook my own. But I will still make better choice. I am glad I stumbled on this site and look forward to reading all the good info on here …and did the little girl get born yet ? the video of the reveal was in January…and Yasemin will you go back to fasting to lose the baby weight ? I was just wondering
