CW: 200lbs
GW: 150lbs

PLAN: I will start on 30th Oct and will do water fast till 19th Nov. I will start going to gym from 1st Nov (6 times a week).

GOAL: My goal is to loose 50lbs till Dec for my sister’s wedding.I want to get 32 size pant but current I’m wearing 36 size had to shred those extra inches.

I have done many 24 hrs and 72hrs fast before in the past.

Just some food for thought / a little bit of inspiration…

GYM: My recommendation on the gym, is that if you plan to go 6 times a week, make yourself go. Get into the routine and habit. If you don’t feel like working out one day, and it takes everything you have just to go to the gym, go and stretch. Even if you are only there for 15 min, it will keep you in the habit and it will help you keep from convincing yourself you can do anything different than what you’ve planned.

FAST: Do everything you can to start and finish your 21 days. If you fall off the wagon somewhere on your journey, get up, dust yourself off, get back in the wagon and continue to the end of your 21 days, remembering how it made you feel. If you fall again, do the same thing. Don’t let yourself get in your own way. This is your fast, your journey. While you have other people on the journey with you, myself included, this is YOUR journey for you to decide if you are going to make it through to the finish line. Think of a race or other event… sometimes it may be about finishing. Doesn’t mean we aren’t a little scraped up and bruised or limping over the final line. Do this for you! You can do it!

When you go to the gym do “light” workouts. Reason is you need protein for muscle growth and repair. For myself, I limit myself to daily walks of 1 to 2 miles max. I leave the “heavy” stuff for my Refeed. You don’t want to add more stress to the stress of fasting.
