What is your daily routine (self-quarantine thread)

Hi Everyone :sunny:

According US news I saw today, they said lockdown may be 10-12 weeks minimum, so it’s time for us to make a routine!

We just need to adjust to this new lifestyle for a bit. Here is an optional new routine I am going to work on for my day to day:

  • Wake up
  • Do positive affirmations every morning
  • Organize/Deep Clean 1 area per day
  • Walk & play with dog
  • Journal Daily
  • Cooking every day and logging the food we eat for OMAD (stay hydrated, make lots of soups etc.)
  • Practice Language 30 min to 1 hour per day (could be on treadmill)
  • Read 30 min per day
  • Learn piano (optional per day)
  • Workout Daily (even small ones)
  • Evening positive affirmations to universe

What kind of routine are you guys setting for yourselves to stay busy when you’re not working or if you’re not working?

It’s a great opportunity for growth and bonding! I already have some daily routines in place such as:

  • Learning a language on the Duolingo app
  • Journaling at least 750 words a day on that site
  • Walking the dog twice a day, rain or shine
  • Another workout (physical therapy exercises, rebounder, yoga, etc)
  • Reading non-fiction (currently Resilient by Rick Hanson)
  • Educational videos & podcasts (mostly health, fasting, personal growth, spiritual)
  • One full minute of gratitude breaks every two hours
  • Morning meditation to music
  • Prayer, devotional reading, faith exercises
  • Varied cleaning & decluttering tasks & yard work
  • Reaching out to some friends or family

My focus now is on health in every area of life, with specific focus on body, relationships, psychological/emotional, and spiritual and my environment. :muscle: :butterfly:
