Good luck…I am a simliar weight wnd height to you. I have all my fat on my thighs and bottom. My goal is 50kg but I know for us our BMI changes to ‘normal’ at 57kg. What are your goals and how you planning to do it. I just started too and learning new things each day …defo more conscious of how I use food and what makes me happy.

All the best to you. I am a lot prettier when I lose weight (just my opinion lol) and I dont want to waste my good years fat. I want the pretty dresses for summer too!!!
