So basically i have been struggling with weight loss for a long time now and i think this is the best one ifor me i have come across so far. Today is day 1 of my hopefully 30 days water fast but I am just going to try and take it a week at a time. Wish me luck

Forgot to talk about my why: so basically my BMI is on obese so i really want to be healthy ave never really had a problem with how i look although i have been called names most of my life, i just want to be healthy looking good is an extra.
Look into developing a fast-refeed-workout cycle for yourself. That’s what I’ve done since I became “mediation free” late last year. I embarked on a 6 month-project to have a “6-pack at 60”. That project ends this Friday.
Can you break that down for me please?
I am on Day 2 and feeling great
Day 3
Its been great felt a little hangry but slept it off still waiting for my body to realize this is the new normal
Day 4
Woke up with a muscle cramp in my thighs but that’s all i feel great otherwise , hope the Day continues like this.
Day 5
I feel okay, I think my body is getting used to the new normal . I haven’t started taking my supplements been going with acv and salt water hope thats fine. Hope to start my supplements tommorrow
Day 8
The past two days have been Pretty rough but i think i am getting used to it. I had The Energy to use The threadmill for 20 minutes felt great after.
Still hoping I am able to go through with 30 days🤞🏽
So I got up to 14/days and lost 8kg that was not my goal but I have to start somewhere right
So this time I plan to.go for 21 days starting midnight I really hope I can do it
