Wendy's daily journal( 2 consecutive 21 days water fast with a 10days keto refeed)

So the last time I did a water fast I gave up on the 14th day, but this time I hope and I know I can do better. I have my priority in order and apart from loosing weight, I really need to change my relationship with food although the weight loss is a huge plus cause I am overweight. I really want to do it this time
