Mornings, I’m WaterFasting it’s all good until 5-6 pm maybe because I’m cooking dinner and I’m #HANGRY😋 what should I do not to think of food ANY IDEAS FastFamily?

I have some experience with dealing with the devil of addiction and would recommend the tools of any addiction program to get you through your hangrys.
Before you get to cooking, reaffirm why you are fasting. If you start to dread food prep, switch to ‘you care enough for yourself to deny the cravings’. You are worth more than a meal. You can spend your time feeling sorry for yourself and being hangry or spend your time uplifting yourself above the common pangs of hunger.
Break time down into smaller segments. While you are cooking, you are looking ahead to the fact that you won’t be eating what you are cooking. Instead, concentrate on exactly what you are doing and nothing else. Don’t worry about your stomach. It is a spoiled child demanding attention. There are other things around you that you can give your attention to. The more attention you give to what is bothering you, the more it will bother you.
