We have been hit with a Global Pandemic, and a lot of people are dealing with stress, anxiety, fear and panic. The BEST way to avoid panic is to be PREPARED.

Remember, we are #WaterWarriors.

We have many survival advantages by living a fasting-focused lifestyle:
1- Our immune system is stronger due to fasting
2- We know how to live without food if ever a famine hits.
3- We know how keep busy during this global SOCIAL DISTANCING
4- We have the self-discipline to train if this is a doomsday situation.
5- We are mentally strong, calm, cool & collected.
6- TMI: Water Fasting = No Pooping = No Toilet Paper Crisis

Better to be safe than sorry: START TRAINING NOW.

  1. Print Challenge Calendar (above) - Click the photo above to download/print the Pandemic Training Schedule

  2. Training - A minimum of 20 minutes of daily training is mandatory (no excuses), you need to up your cardio and strengthen your body by exercising. Any movement works: walking, yoga, home workouts, strength training, zumba, dancing. Stay away from the gym germs for now, and search up some home workouts on YouTube.

  3. Make yourself a daily journal at https://www.waterfastingforum.com/ (Very important!! In order to stay calm, stress-free and panic-free, I want every single one of you #waterwarriors to create themselves a daily journal on waterfastingforum.com.

  4. Subscribe on YouTube & hit the Notification Bell (Make sure the :bell:NOTIFICATION BELL​:bell: is on so you don’t miss our Daily YouTube Live check-ins @7:30pm EST from my basement “bunker” aka bootcamp. Even if you miss the Live, you can comment your “check-in” in the comments during the playback!)

Hi, I would like to join you for the 21 days of water fast. I’m not sure how long I will last but I will like to give it a good try. Will you be having your last meal on Saturday evening?

I’m not sure.

Its going to be my celebratory meal after hopefully winning my Round 2 contest for the World Championship of Public Speaking. Contest details are up in the air due to restrictions caused by the coronavirus and the situation is pretty fluid right now.

Contest has been delayed to 4/4 to be held virtually through Zoom webinar. As a result I will have my last meal Friday 3/20 at 10:30am. That’s if my favorite restaurant, Chipotle, still has their dining room open. This will allow me to break fast at 6am 4/11.

I know it’s been rough, I know we don’t know what’s going on, and I know we are stressed…

Here’s the deal:

Everything in life is a CHOICE, we cannot be a victim of our circumstance.

From now on, I want us all to make a choice. I have decided that whatever happens happens, if the economy crashes, it will crash and there’s nothing that we can do about it. It’s out of our control.

The best thing that will come from this social distancing is that we have PLENTY of time to do home workouts and strengthen our mind as well as our physical body and eat properly and take this opportunity to count our health as a blessing and cherish our bodies and the food/fuel we put in our bodies by eating properly. This virus is teaching us that if we do not take our health seriously, our life can be taken away from us any minute.

No more wallowing for any of us. Let’s use quarantine time to get ripped!

Let’s do our positive affirmations, send positive energy into the universe to unleash the LAW OF ATTRACTION and be hopeful about summer 2020! :sunny:

We are anxious and stressed, but we need to flip the switch and start FORCING ourselves to be positive.

Starting now:

  • NO EXCUSES
  • Do your fasting
  • Do your workouts
  • Train hard
  • Eat well
  • Fast Forward (to the end of COVID-19)

Great to do after I finish my 21-day water fast! I am still practicing asana, pranayama, and meditation for my yoga practice, and will take walks when my energy returns!
