So I’m currently 66 hours into my 4 day fast I have done plenty of fasts before but usually only 24 hour so I’m really proud I made it this far Haha! I’m wanting to hopefuly fast for around 7 days. But I have a bbq on Sunday so I might have to end the fast super early tomorrow, but it’s looking like it’s going to be cancelled because of the weather! So we will see D:
But even if I have to come off it tomorrow I will have officially done 3 days
Also weight has gone from 12st 9.9lb to 12st 4.7lb
5.2lb down so far
Obv that will mostly all be water weight, I’m really doing this for a few reasons… I have multiple health conditions and they’ve all been flaring so badly over the past few months! I’ve been struggling with a bit of a sugar addiction lately I’m wanting to kick! And mainly because I just want to give my system a rest for a few days! Because of all the benefits

Thank you Miramar! Only managed 3 days mainly because of aunt flo! It wasnt real hunger just cravings that got the better of me! My fiance ordering my fave takeout didn’t help
I actually found it pretty easy hunger wise though on day three which is why I have now started a 14 day fast
I will also be refeeding for atleast 5 days after I’m done as I have a birthday meal that weekend and want my stomach to be able to handle it!
I started last year on this forum and aunt flow was still around. But alas, I turned 52 last year and I remember my sister telling me her aunt flow left at that age. My last visit was around June/July I think?
I believe it’s officially menopause after a year - so I’m in denial about that.
Anyway, I seem to have observed other hormone changes which I’m certain affect my appetite and losses. At least with aunt flo I could predict things and gear up for it.
