Water fasting day 1 out of 4

Day one of water fast , completely shocked I haven’t quit yet this was my 3 attempt and actually finally still with it . But wasn’t very hungry during the few 6 hours then it came to a point someone would talk about food and I would get hungry or just thinking about food made me hungry . Uh I’m feeling okay I mean avoid eating by sleeping throughout the day . It’s 10:47 pm and I’m not that hungry but typing it makes me hungry lol definitely feeling moody but I’ll get through it . But any recommendation that help you avoid thinking about food? I know gum does but I need something strong so I could take my mind off of all this food lmao
