Day 1 - 215.8lb
Good Morning everyone. I have joined the site after seeing a YouTube video about water fasting side effects. I tried yesterday to do it over the weekend off the bat but by midday I ate crackers and cheese.
So! Today I am starting again and aiming to do 48 hours.
I am doing this for me but it doesnt seem to be enough as I am prone to lack of self discipline. I have seen excellent results and want to do this for the following reasons.
- Detox
- Heal my gut
- To enable progress to a keto diet for continued weight loss.
I have decided on 48 hours to make this manageable for me to adapt.
