Hi everyone,I’m walter from Argentina.
I’m new to the forum,I’ve done previous extended water fast like 21 days, 30 days and so.
Now I’m aiming for a 40 days fast,my main goal is to lose the weight I’ve gained due to depression and anxiety problems.
This is day 1 and doing excellent so far,I’ll be updating everyday during my fast so i can share my experiences and keep myself accountable. If you guys have any advice,comments or anything just let me know, also if you want to see weekly photo updates to see how my body changes let me know as well. Happy fasting to everyone
Hi its day 2 for me now, doing great so far. I dont have any sings of hunger or cravings at all, i slept pretty well last night and i woke up feeling euphoric and full of energy and motivation. Yesterday i was doing a littler research on thermogenics and how do it works,one of the main ingredients are cafeine and green tea so I’m considering on drinking coffe and green tea to help my weight loss. I will update tomorrow and answer your comments
