This doctor says that for some, gout is a pain worse than childbirth :tired_face:. He says that everyone has Uric acid in their joints, so something else is going on. Then he even says,

But…. Seeing he adds, “Having an elevated insulin level in your blood is the cause of this,” And not eating ANYTHING reduces the need for insulin anyways…
Why not just do fasting?

When discussing what can be done about this issue the doctoral-candidate said that mice studies found that certain vitamins helped but that they received, “Really high doses.”

So, in this case, it looks like there is very little you CAN do except
…. Just start fasting.

Histamine Intolerance:

This doctor says, “The main function of histamine is to create capillary permeability, [the causing of substances to pass through the vein’s lining which causes the body to have an immune response (make you sick) because the substance doesn’t belong there].”
She also explains that Stress shuts down blood volume to the gut which leads to fermentation of food in the gut.
She measures histamine Intolerance by if after eating you get the sniffles.

or…OR… You could just do fasting.

Phytic acid aka Phytates:

Kidney Stones– Oxalates:

This guy said, “I got a Kidney stone while on the ketogenic diet that was excruciatingly painful.”
He says that you can’t consume high oxalates foods. He severely cut back on Almonds, chocolate and spinach.
He talks about “Oxalate dumping:” the idea that Oxalates will make their way out of the body in more ways than feces.


This doctor says that vitamin C is converted in the body to Oxalates and studies have shown that people with high vitamin C “doubled their risk of kidney stone formation.”

TED says that avoiding Kidney Stones might involve drinking a lot of water, and taking calcium at the same time they’re eating high oxalate foods.
