I just came off of 12 days of fasting. I was very discouraged as I plateaued after the 7th day. I went from 172 to 160 lbs and got stuck at 160 lbs.
After those 12 days, I ate like crazy and gained about 6 lbs back.
My goal is to fast for 72 hours and then eat for one day. And then repeat cycle of fasting for 72 hours and eating for one day.
I think the issue with my extended fasting was the metabolic adaptation. I hope this way of eating can help with my weight loss and prevent my weight from plateauing.
I just started my 72 hours today at 12pm. This fast will end on Sunday at 12pm.
Start Weight: 182 lbs
Current Weight: 166.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 110 lbs
